My Approach
Through the process of exploring your problem and history, I’ll provide you with education pertaining to your mental health symptoms and will begin to assist you in developing a more accurate understanding of what you are facing. Thereafter, a treatment plan will be formulated to help you achieve your preferred future and discussed with you throughout your therapeutic process.
Generally, sessions are structured to assist you with realizing the importance of your experiences while getting to the core of your inner conflict. Additionally, you may access aspects of yourself and begin to integrate such information to facilitate new solutions to unresolved problems and build upon strengths and competencies.
I encourage client’s to be open to taking actionable steps and to try out therapeutic tools that facilitate new and more adaptive ways of responding. This may help you to alleviate symptoms and stress, reach your therapy goals, and maximize your therapeutic experience.
Psychotherapy Modalities
I practice an integrative approach to psychotherapy, meaning, I will incorporate one or more therapeutic modalities into a treatment that is tailored to your treatment goals and according to your psychological, social, and emotional needs. To help you to change your life and attitude for your betterment.
I can also help you to explore unconscious aspects of your mind, including dream interpretation and shadow work.
