My practice is currently in-network with Aetna and Optum Health and accepts out-of-network or private-pay.

If paying out of pocket, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate and a monthly superbill (a form of receipt for services) which you can submit to your insurer to possibly receive out-of-network reimbursement for services. Please consider that not all services are reimbursable or you may be reimbursed for full or in part depending on your health coverage.

 

Any co-payments and/or fee for service is required prior to the commencement of each session. Acceptable forms of payment include most debit or credit cards.

 

Session fee is based on the amount of time reserved, not the amount used. My goal is to maximize your session time. Consistent attendance greatly contributes to a successful therapy outcome.

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, on the same day and at the same time. I may suggest a different amount or frequency of therapy depending on the nature and severity of your concerns.

Please note, cancellations and rescheduled appointments must be received 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time. If not, you will be charged half your therapy session rate.
