I apply evidence-based therapeutic practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to remedy mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression. Individuals turn to my support when they are inspired to transform new knowledge into action; release their mental tension; and improve their comfort level in social, work, and family settings.  


Generalized Anxiety is excessive worry about everyday life circumstances such as job responsibilities, health, finances, family, and quality of performance in daily tasks. 


Major Depression is a mood disorder characterized by a loss of interest or pleasure in activities, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and feelings of sadness, guilt, or worthlessness.

Life Adjustments

Mental tension that involves negative thoughts, strong emotions, or changes in behavior brought on by life events  or changes in location, occupation, or social environment.

Low Self-Esteem

Feelings of insecurity. Tending to ignore your positive qualities and instead focus on weaknesses. Trying too hard to be liked or worrying too much about what other people think of you.
